Dr. H. David Kwon, DDS, MS, is a Washington native having grown up in Bellevue, WA. After graduating from high school, Dr.
Kwon received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Post college, he attended New York University
where he received his Masters in Biology. Following graduate school, Dr. Kwon, decided to stay in New York City and received his
dental degree from Columbia University in New York City in 2004. In order to further his dental education, he attended a post
graduate residency at the University of Pacific in San Francisco where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
During the course of his residency, Dr. Kwon was able to strengthen his skills in all aspects of dentistry including root canals,
extractions and cosmetic dentistry.
After opening this office in 2009, Dr. Kwon returns to work here full time after spending the last, nearly 20 years, at the Lynnwood
and Bellevue offices. Dr. Kwon is in active participant in continuing education, always looking to enhance his knowledge in order
to better serve the patients here at our office. In his free time, Dr. Kwon enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters
outdoors and travelling as much as possible.
Dr. Evelyn Marshall, DDS, finished her first degree in dentistry at the Taipei Medical University in 2008. Born and raised in Taipei,
she had always wanted to go abroad to see the world. After a couple years of preparation, she had the opportunity to come to
the US for advanced training at the University of Colorado at Denver, where she acquired a second degree in dentistry and
furthered her expertise.
While Dr. Marshall was in school, she visited Seattle during one spring break and fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. She
relocated to Seattle in 2016, then finally settled in Redmond. When she is not at work, she enjoys gardening, trail walking with her
two dogs and trying new restaurants with her husband and son.
Dr. Marshall is constantly seeking opportunities to learn the newest techniques to better provide for her patients. She specialized
in preventive, restorative dentistry, crown and bridges, extractions and cosmetic dentistry. She listens and carries open
communications with her patients and tries to provide dental care in a comfortable and pleasant setting. She believes with the
right approach she can help each patient achieve optimal oral health.
Dr. Betsy Rocio Mosquera, DDS, MS was born in Bogota, Colombia (South America). She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery
from the Medical School of Colombia (Escuela Colombiana de Medicina) in 1991 and moved to the U.S. in 1995. Prior to settling in
Seattle, Dr. Mosquera had a chance to experience life in Boston, Chicago, New York City, and Saint Louis. While residing in St.
Louis, Missouri, Dr. Mosquera received an advanced dental degree in the field of Periodontics at Saint Louis University. Dr.
Mosquera is an active member of American Academy of Periodontology. Dr. Mosquera directs our dental hygiene department.
Dr. Mosquera takes care of patients that may require an advanced periodontal care; these treatments may include dental
implants, surgical and non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease and numerous other surgical procedures that improve the
health of her patients as well as their smile.
